Membership
Membership applies from 1st January. If you join later in the year, you will receive back issues of journals if still available.
Membership types
Personal Membership
- 1 year's membership $100.00pa (incl GST $9.09)
- 2 years' membership $190.00 (incl GST $17.27)
- Only personal members are eligible to join committees and hold ETA office.
Student teacher Membership
- Open to full time students (Student number and institution must be provided)
- A membership: $40.00pa (incl GST $3.64)
- B membership (restricted to online services): Free of charge on application.
Early Career teacher Membership
- Open to teachers in their first three years of teaching: $80pa (incl GST $7.27)
Part-time/ Casual/ Retired teacher Membership
- $66.00pa (incl GST $6.00)
Corporate Membership
- Open to Libraries and other institutions
- $380.00 (incl GST $34.54)
- This includes:
- 1 copy of each mETAphor
- Full access to website
- 1 copy of each English in Australia
- 3 teachers' access to events at members' rates
- 5 teachers' access to annual conference at members' rates
